Govrus project members and external guests presented their research.

The presentations covered the following topics: Russian Civil Society: A Quest for Legitimacy, Recognition, and Involvement (Jo Crotty and Sergej Ljubownikow), Shifting the Boundaries between State and Business: How the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Uses Social Investments as Bargaining Chips (Stanislav Klimovich), Business and Regional Authorities Relations in Russia: Formal and Informal Practices (Natalia Zubarevich) and The Engagement of Small Business and Nonprofit Organizations in Service delivery in Russia (Anna Tarasenko).

The workshop was concluded with a joint discussion on the role of enterprises and NGOs in Russian regional politics.
