On Monday, 1 July, at 10.15, Maria Lipman (George Washington University) is going to give a talk on the legacy of the reforms and uncertainty of the 1990s in Russia and how it affects contemporary Russian debates (both the rhetoric of the regime and the discussions within opposition).
