Escape and rescue plans. There are two escape and rescue plans on each floor. One is on the wall in front of the stairs and the other is opposite to the elevator.

Fire extinguishers. There are 7 fire extinguishers on the ground floor, 4 fire extinguishers on the 1st floor, 3 fire extinguishers on the 2nd floor, 4 fire extinguishers on the 3rd floor. All fire extinguishers are labelled with a fire extinguisher sign.
First aid kits can be found in room 117 und next to room 201a.
Assembly point. The assembly point is located in front of the entrance in Garystr. 55.
What to do in the event of of fire
What to do in the event of an accident: keep calm; secure the area of accident, ensure your own safety, rescue person from danger area if necessary; make an emergency call.
Closest defibrillator. AED FU11, Political and Social Sciences building, in the atrium in front of the library, Ihnestr. 21, 14195 Berlin, N 52° 26.970, E 13° 16.612. Information on AED use and resuscitation can be found here. For other AED locations at the FU, click here.
